Jackson's Chase at Pine Hills Golf Club

Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Jackson’s Chase offers panoramic views of Signal Knob and surrounding mountains, and harbors a chapter of history’s past. Enjoy a round of golf on the very ground where General Stonewall Jackson gave chase during the Civil War more than 130 years ago.

Situated on 300 acres in Front Royal, VA, and measuring over 6500 yards from the tips, Jackson’s Chase has many holes that give you the opportunity to bust it from the tee. Still, there are other holes that cut through existing forest where safety is the better part of valor. It is only befitting when you play on this historical ground, that strategy will come into play for you just as it did for General Jackson.

This facility, located just minutes from Interstates 66 and 81, boasts excellent fairway conditions and down-home friendly atmosphere.

From Washington

  • West on I-66 to Exit 6
  • Turn right at the end of the exit ramp on to Rt. 522 for 1.1 miles
  • Turn left on State Route 627 (Reliance Road) at Cedarville
  • Follow SR627 for 0.3 miles
  • Turn left on SR 609 (Ritenour Hollow Rd) for 1.2 miles
  • Turn right on F225 (I-66 Frontage Road)
  • Clubhouse at 0.7 miles

From Points North

  • South on I-81 to Virginia (expect construction delays between exists 12 and 13)
  • Exit I-81 at Exit 307 (Rt. 277 /Stephens City)
  • Turn left at end of exit ramp
  • Turn right on Rt. 522/340
  • Turn right on State Route 627 (Reliance Road) at Cedarville
  • Follow SR627 for 0.3 miles
  • Turn left on SR 609 (Ritenour Hollow Rd) for 1.2 miles
  • Turn right on F225 (I-66 Frontage Road)

From Points South

  • North on I-81 to Virginia
  • Exit I-81 at intersection with I-66
  • Exit I-66 at Exit 6, Rt. 522/340N
